Ingredients
- 1 tsp Chopped Garlic
- 180 g Baby Spinach
- 1 medium Russet Potato
- 200 ml Cooking Cream
- Few Anchovies
- olive oil
- Water
- Salt and pepper For seasoning

Instructions
- Boil potato and mashed it up.
- Fry garlic with olive oil and add anchovies and spinach.
- Fry spinach until soft and add cooking cream, salt and pepper and the mashed potato.
- Let it boil and add some water if you think that the soup is too thick and season to taste.
- Turn off the heat. Blend the whole soup and it’s ready to serve.

- It is nice to serve with toasted garlic baguette
- Can also be serve with Baked Chicken at the side
