Ingredients

Chopped Garlic

Russet Potato

Cooking Cream
Few Anchovies
olive oil
Water
Salt and pepper
For seasoning
Instructions
Boil potato and mashed it up.
Fry garlic with olive oil and add anchovies and spinach.
Fry spinach until soft and add cooking cream, salt and pepper and the mashed potato.
Let it boil and add some water if you think that the soup is too thick and season to taste.
Turn off the heat. Blend the whole soup and it’s ready to serve.

It is nice to serve with toasted garlic baguette
Can also be serve with Baked Chicken at the side
