Ingredients
- 3 Shallots Blended
- 1 garlic Blended
- ½ inch garlic Blended
- 300 g chicken breast Cubed
- 1 carrot Quartz
- 1 Potato Quartz
- 4 tbsp Korma Paste
- 100 ml Coconut Milk
- 100 ml Water
- 1 tsp Lime Juice
- Cooking oil
- salt For Seasoning

Instructions
- Shallots, garlic and ginger to be blend together
- Heat up the oil and fry the blended items until it fragrance.
- Add korma paste with little bit of water.
- Fry it until the korma paste has cooked thoroughly.
- Add the chicken breast and fry lightly.
- Then add the water with potato and carrots.
- Bringing to boil until chicken, potato and carrots has cooked.
- Add in coconut milk and salt taste.
- Bringing to boil and then removed it from heat.
- Add lime juice and stir it.
