Cook the pasta according to the packet instructions, drain and toss.
Melt the butter in a saucepan. Add onion & soften for 5 minutes.
Add in the chopped chicken and mix it with the onions until it is half cooked.
Sprinkle over the flour and stir in.
Pour in the milk & bring it to boil.
Add the broccoli, cover & simmer for 5 to 6 minutes until the broccoli is tender.
Add the parmesan, nutmeg and salt.
Mix in the cooked pasta with sauce.
If your kid hates broccoli, this is a good recipe to try on them. You can either chopped smaller pieces of the broccoli or blend the broccoli inside the sauce. The cheese sauce will hide the taste of the broccoli.
